These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise related to the website or the activity that takes place there, the competent courts of Alcobendas (Madrid) will be the competent courts, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to it.

These conditions and warranty period will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in what is not expressly indicated. Both SCULPTINGTIMES and the user may exercise their rights in the event of any controversy that may arise from the acquisition of products, in the corresponding Courts. In the event that the user resides outside of Spain, or is a legal person, SCULPTINGTIMES and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
